About the identification and activation process

• You can start the identification process via link https://www.f2g.gr/gr/sim-activation/f2g/ or via scanning the QR Code at your connection package and:
  
  
  1. Fill in your details
  2. Take a selfie
  3. Take a photo of your ID or of your chosen proof of identity
  4. Digitally sign the Solemn Declaration that you will find during the identification process
  5. We will check your documents within the next few minutes
  6. Once your identification has been completed, you will receive an informative email
  7. Upon your identification completion, your number is automatically been activated
